Slot Maintains He Is Safe and Has The Club's Support After PSV Eindhoven Humiliation

The Liverpool head coach admitted that it was expected for concerns to be asked about his position after another heavy defeat versus the Dutch champions.

“We talk a lot. They are supportive for the squad and to me and those talks happen but they don't phone me every single minute of the day to say they trust me.”

He mentioned, “In the normal exchanges I perceive the trust. But I've not talked to them since this match so far so it remains to be seen.”

Slot highlighted known weaknesses from his Liverpool side in their European loss, namely missed opportunities and defensive lapses.
