Arsenal's 10-game winning run came to an end by the Black Cats before the international break, but will the English top division leaders bounce back against local foes Tottenham this weekend?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs manager Thomas Frank will have a plan for this match," stated football expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's side usually still find a way to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League fixtures this term, against AI, readers and a variety of special visitors.
In week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
Murs' new record, the new release, is available on the weekend.
Murs is a skilled footballer as well as a successful artist and has been a featured player of multiple Soccer Aid games over time - but he is not intending a professional return as a footballer.
"{I recently played in a charity match the other night for a friend of mine," he explained. "My side was losing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can read into that what you will!
"I continue to love football, but I hurt my knee a few years ago and it even now hasn't fully recovered. I hope I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am gearing up for the moment that my child or son decides to play instead."
The singer and his spouse Amelia Tank have two children, their daughter and Albert, and he is ready to follow in his father's footsteps by taking on the role of their manager.
"I will not force football on our kids but I've already told Amelia that if they happen to get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be coaching their weekend soccer side," he added.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a while too.
"My dad coached with us when I was a child, which is likely where I get it from. He coached our side for two or three seasons and had a wonderful time with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Chelsea might have to be patient for Cole Palmer's comeback from injury but their offense is now more potent with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
I still think this fixture will be fairly close, however. Burnley are well organised and their sole home defeats so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
It smells of a one-all draw to me, but I am in fact going to choose the London side to win narrowly for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
The expert's forecast: 1-2
Olly's prediction: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
Bournemouth have lost their past two matches - albeit both of them were on the road - but they got thoroughly beaten by Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, the Hammers secured two in a row before the international break and, although both of those fixtures were at their stadium, they do look strong again.
The Hammers' sole on the road victory this campaign came at Forest in August, when their boss Nuno Espirito Santo was previously that team's coach.
So, what on earth do I go with here - will it be the Hammers extending their streak under Nuno, or Bournemouth responding?
I will go with Bournemouth, because I believe what occurred against Aston Villa was a blip.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
Olly's prediction: Bournemouth are doing well but the visitors have improved under Nuno. 2-2
The algorithm's pick: 1-1
The Bees were seen as one of the favourites for the drop before the campaign started, but they have impressed a several observers under Keith Andrews and are in good form with three wins in their last four matches.
My son told me to select Brentford striker Igor Thiago in my fantasy soccer team a few weeks back and, guess what, I didn't listen.
The forward will likely find the net again on the weekend but I am still not going to select him or back the away side at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had great fortune on the travel this term, and Brighton are always decent at their stadium. The visitors will attempt to attack on the counter-attack but I feel the home manager's team pose much more of a threat.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Olly's view: This could be a match where you expect there is going to be a many scores but it actually turns out to be rather close. 1-1
AI's outcome: 2-1
It is a massive fixture for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six games.
Fulham have have lots of quality in their team but it still seems like they could be sucked into a drop zone fight.
Regarding Sunderland, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight season so far.
The away side's performance in the two-all tie with the Gunners last time out was excellent. We have not witnessed anyone else disrupt the Gunners like that this term, and they were fully competitive for them.
The sensible thing to do to back the visitors here, because they are obviously able of roughing the hosts up too and, the last time they were in west London, they defeated Chelsea at the end of October.
However I am not going to choose that. Instead, I truly need to continue going against the away team with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of credit for their good outcomes because they evidently enjoy to defy my predictions.
Looking at the home side's home record, the only side they have been defeated by is the league leaders. Marco Silva's team will be extremely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to predict they will secure three points.
The expert's forecast: 1-0
The guest's choice: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and also that the hosts are on a poor streak... but they have still been decent at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0
It is a hard one to predict. The Reds have lost seven of their past 10 games in all competitions, but could they be among the teams who profit from the {international break|
